Our evaluations are conducted in accordance with federal housing guidelines and are based on medical judgment — not instant approvals.

🩺 WHAT AN ESA APPOINTMENT IS

An ESA evaluation is a medical assessment, not a certification of an animal.

During this visit, we assess:

Emotional or mental health symptoms
How those symptoms affect daily functioning
Whether an emotional support animal provides therapeutic benefit

If clinically appropriate, documentation may be provided to support a housing accommodation under the Fair Housing Act.

There is no legal ESA registry or ESA pet licensing. ESA letters are issued only when a clinical need is identified.
