At your visit, one of our state licensed medical marijuana physicians will evaluate your medical history and perform a full physical exam.

PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO BRING A COPY OF YOUR MOST RECENT MEDICAL RECORDS DOCUMENTING THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A QUALIFYING MEDICAL CONDITION.

All Patients in the state of Florida are required to have been previously diagnosed with a debilitating medical condition in order to qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation.

If one of our physicians determines your condition qualifies for a medical marijuana recommendation under the Florida Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative, you will be immediately registered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry. You will also be eligible to receive an official registration card from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

No Additional Costs or Hidden Fees!  When scheduling an appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required that will go towards the $179 balance. This helps manage our schedule better, and don't worry, we Guarantee Approval or 100% Money Back.  This service includes your required medical exam with our Certified and Licensed Marijuana Doctor, plus all refills and dosage adjustments for the state maximum allowed 7 months. Our highly experienced staff will also help first time patients with their state application. Again, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be applied to balance.  Deposit is only forfeited with missed appointment without 24 hours' notice. One rescheduled is allowed.  (State Application fee of $77.75 not included.)
